Ooishi will be making a manga that continues the Z Manga past the Buu saga. It will have a newly designed Super Saiyan 4, and even a Super Saiyan 5. This would explain DBZ kai, so people would get the plot of DBZ and then this comes out so it gets a lot of attention from old fans and new ones. I myself only got into Dragon Ball this year unforch DBZ wasn’t on a tv screen in Ireland, so I found it though games and the internet.
