Year One Movie Review. Harold Ramis goes back to basics with this prehistoric comedy! Beyond The Trailer host Grace Randolph finds out if Jack Black and Michael Cera can make fire or if its all just a bunch of smoke! Enjoy Year One!
I forgot to add, David Cross needs to be in more movies! I love that guys sense of humor.
I liked the movie. There were plenty of laughs. People need to relax. It’s a stupid comedy. And to the guy who said Will Ferrel movies suck, you don’t know good comedy.

@ScytheSlice ok my mistake but you don’t know what whats homosexuals where? everyone has different styles and your right in a way but stereotype isn’t always true. It’s like saying straight people wear white hats or bisexuals wear caps on thier heads. It’s kind of silly to judge that way.

@ScytheSlice why would you even say that his hat is gay? Your using the stupidest cliche word on the planet. Gay is a sexuality that someone started using as an insult and his friends started using it and then every one started using it and then it became a common word. When it is used as a common word it doesn’t make any sense. People should think for them selves instead of doing what others do. I put my personal preference over other people’s opinion. Why would you use a sexuality as an insult
I did not laugh a single time during this movie. Seeing as it’s a comedy movie, that automatically makes it absolute shit.
Most of the scenes made me cringe at how pathetic they were. That’s what I get for letting myself get dragged to a movie by other people.
I’m debating with myself whether or not this movie beats Tropic Thunder as the most pathetic comedy movie in existence. But then again, I’m sure it has loads of competitors (A.k.a any movie with Jack Black, Stiller, Ferrell, etc…)

the difference between them is that Jack Black is hilarious! Seth Rogen is the most unfunny person on the planet…a dead fish is funnier…

I thought this movie was going to be great, but I just did not find it funny at all.
@wildwolves8 Personally, I found it very offensive to Christians like myself, because it’s so obvious that film intent was to mock if you even watched the first 10 minutes.
3.5/10 I hated that movie, i laugh like 1 or 2 time and it’s supposed to be funny.

There are comedies that make me laugh, like The Hangover, and there are comedies that make me cringe, like Pink Panther 2. Year One is neither of those. It’s lame and dull, but not terribly horrendous.
